Community Guidelines

Do not post content or use the service to threaten, coordinate, encourage, praise, or fund physical harm.

• No credible threats, incitement, instructions for violence, graphic gore, or intimidation
• No promotion or support of terrorism, violent extremism, criminal organizations, or coordinated harm
• No attempts to recruit people into unsafe, exploitative, or illegal activity

Ride-share posts and trips must prioritize the safety and consent of every driver and rider.

• No alcohol use, illegal drugs, weapons, harassment, threats, stalking, or sexual misconduct connected to a ride
• Never carry or request more people than the vehicle has legal seats and working seat belts
• Report late or unsafe cancellations and driver or rider no-shows through the ride listing report menu
• If anyone is in immediate danger, move to a safe place if possible and call 911. In-app reports are not monitored in real time

Content or behavior that exploits, sexualizes, endangers, grooms, traffics, or targets minors is not allowed.

• Never share sexual content involving minors, child nudity, grooming attempts, or requests for sexual images
• Do not contact minors in a sexual, exploitative, coercive, or unsafe way
• We may remove content, ban accounts, preserve evidence, and report urgent child safety issues to appropriate authorities

Treat people with respect across posts, listings, comments, profiles, and messages.

• No hate speech, slurs, dehumanizing language, or attacks based on protected characteristics
• No bullying, harassment, stalking, sexual harassment, threats, or targeted humiliation
• No impersonation, fake identity abuse, deceptive claims, or coordinated attempts to mislead the community

IndiAdda is not for pornography, sexual solicitation, sexual exploitation, or explicit adult services.

• No pornographic material, explicit nudity, sexual acts, or commercial sexual services
• No non-consensual intimate images or threats to share intimate images
• No sexual exploitation, coercion, sextortion, or requests for intimate content

Do not use IndiAdda to deceive people, sell restricted goods, or arrange illegal transactions.

• No scams, phishing, fake payments, counterfeit items, advance-fee fraud, or deceptive jobs, housing, rides, or travel offers
• No illegal drugs, weapons, regulated goods, stolen goods, counterfeit documents, or services that violate the law
• Do not ask users for passwords, one-time codes, payment app credentials, Social Security numbers, immigration documents, or bank credentials

Respect other people's privacy and keep account access secure.

• Do not post private addresses, phone numbers, financial information, identification documents, or medical information without consent
• Do not access, collect, scrape, or sell account data without permission
• Do not upload malware, abuse security features, evade limits, or attempt unauthorized access

Content that encourages suicide, self-injury, eating disorders, or other serious self-harm is not allowed.

• Do not share instructions, challenges, praise, or graphic content that promotes self-harm
• Supportive recovery, help-seeking, and awareness content may be allowed when it does not encourage harm
• If someone appears to be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first, then report the content in the app

Only post content you own or have permission to use.

• Do not post copyrighted, trademarked, counterfeit, pirated, or otherwise infringing material
• Copyright notices can be sent to legal@indiadda.com with enough information for us to locate the content
• Repeat infringers may lose access to the service

Reports help us assess content and behavior that may violate these guidelines, our Terms, or the law. Review timing and outcomes vary based on the information available, severity, and operational capacity; submitting a report does not guarantee a particular investigation, response, or removal decision.

IndiAdda does not independently verify every user, listing, room or item. Users must exercise caution and independently verify information before making payments or meeting others.

• We do not pre-screen or continuously monitor every user, post, message, or listing, and we may not identify every violation. Reports are not monitored in real time
• We use automated rules and AI-assisted systems to screen eligible public content for safety, spam, fraud, and policy violations. Automated systems may be inaccurate and do not replace authorized moderator review
• We may remove or hide content, warn users, limit features, suspend accounts, ban accounts, or preserve records for safety, legal, fraud-prevention, or audit reasons
• Where enabled, clearly labeled AI suggestions may respond to eligible public posts. These suggestions may be inaccurate and are not professional advice
• Repeated false or abusive reports may lead to action against the reporting account
• To appeal a moderation decision, contact support with your account email, content details, and why you believe the decision was incorrect
