Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of IndiAdda. To create an account, you must affirmatively accept these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines during registration.

IndiAdda is a social and community application owned and operated by PJ Consulting Services, having its principal place of business at 1419 Valley Trail, Irving, Texas 75063, United States. “IndiAdda” is a product and trade name of PJ Consulting Services (https://pjconsulting.co/).

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this application.

Your use of the app is also subject to our Community Guidelines, which explain safety rules and reporting standards.

Changes to these Terms are handled as described in the Changes to Terms section below.

Age Requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use this service
• To create an account, you must complete the required 18+ attestation and represent that you are at least 18 years of age
• You may not use the app if you are under 18, even with parental or guardian consent
• Our 18+ attestation is a declared-age check, not identity or age verification. If additional age information is reasonably necessary, we will provide an appropriate privacy notice and request only the information needed for that purpose

To access certain features, you must register for an account.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You may not use another person's account without permission
• You may not create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Prohibited Activities - You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights
• Post false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm other users
• Post hate speech, discriminatory content, or incite violence
• Share sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene material
• Spam or send unsolicited commercial communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's operation or servers
• Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers without written permission
• Collect or harvest user data without explicit consent
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in any activity that could damage our reputation or business
• Circumvent security features or access controls
• Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code

You retain ownership of content you post. To operate, secure, and improve the service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt for technical delivery, transmit, display, and distribute your content according to your settings and the features you choose to use.

• We may grant this license only to service providers that help us operate the app, such as hosting, storage, content-delivery, moderation, and support providers, and only for those purposes
• We may format or create technical copies of content as needed to display it across devices, preserve functionality, and protect the service
• We will not use private messages or non-public content for public advertising or off-platform promotion without your separate permission
• We will not use identifiable user content in off-platform promotional materials without your separate permission
• When you delete content or your account, we stop ordinary display and use of that content, subject to the retention, backup, safety, legal, and dispute-related exceptions described in our Privacy Policy
• Content that other users have reshared, quoted, copied, or otherwise retained may remain visible where it is outside our reasonable control or is retained as permitted by law

You are solely responsible for your content and represent that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to post the content
• Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights
• Your content complies with all applicable laws
• Your content does not contain viruses or malicious code

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Illegal content or content that promotes illegal activities
• Child sexual exploitation, grooming, child nudity, or unsafe contact involving minors
• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Sexually explicit or pornographic material
• Sexual exploitation, coercion, sextortion, non-consensual intimate images, or sexual solicitation
• Violence, gore, or graphic content
• Content that supports terrorism, violent extremism, criminal organizations, or coordinated harm
• Human trafficking, forced labor, exploitation, or attempts to recruit people into unsafe or illegal activity
• Content that encourages suicide, self-injury, eating disorders, or other serious self-harm
• Illegal, regulated, counterfeit, stolen, or unsafe goods or services, including weapons, illegal drugs, fake documents, and counterfeit products
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• False or misleading information
• Personal information of others without consent
• Unlawful discriminatory housing, room, employment, service, ride, event, or marketplace listings, including preferences, limitations, or exclusions based on protected characteristics
• Malware, viruses, phishing, credential theft, unauthorized access attempts, or harmful code
• Commercial spam or unauthorized advertising
• Content that violates any applicable laws

Users can report content, profiles, listings, and messages that appear to violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or the law.

IndiAdda provides the platform, and users create most of the content available through it. We do not pre-screen or continuously monitor every user, post, message, or listing, and we may not identify every violation.

We may review content and reports manually, use automated systems and third-party AI services, remove or hide content, limit features, warn users, suspend accounts, ban accounts, preserve records, or contact appropriate authorities when needed for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or service integrity.

Submitting a report does not guarantee a particular investigation, removal decision, response, or review timeframe. Reports are not monitored in real time, and IndiAdda is not an emergency service.

Severe violations, including child exploitation, credible threats, human exploitation, or serious illegal activity, may result in immediate removal and permanent account action.

Repeated false, malicious, or abusive reports may result in action against the reporting account.

To appeal a moderation decision, contact contact@indiadda.com with your account email, the content or decision details, and the reason you believe the decision was incorrect.

IndiAdda may use automated systems and third-party AI service providers to analyze public user content for moderation, safety, spam prevention, fraud detection, and policy enforcement.

Where enabled, IndiAdda may also generate clearly labeled AI comments or suggestions in response to eligible public posts.

• Automated systems may make mistakes. A classification, recommendation, or generated response is not a statement of fact or a guarantee from IndiAdda
• AI-generated content is for general informational assistance only and is not legal, medical, financial, immigration, or other professional advice
• You are responsible for independently verifying AI-generated information before relying on it or taking action
• Authorized moderators may review, override, restore, or otherwise act on automated moderation decisions
• You may appeal an eligible moderation decision using the process described in these Terms

Our collection, disclosure, safeguards, and retention practices for automated processing are described in the Privacy Policy.

All content and materials available on IndiAdda, excluding user content, are the property of PJ Consulting Services or its licensors.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Software code and functionality
• Design elements and graphics
• Logos and trademarks
• Text and documentation
• Audio and video content

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content
• Use our trademarks without written permission
• Except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the app's source code
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

Subject to these Terms, PJ Consulting Services grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use IndiAdda on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal and lawful use.

This license does not transfer ownership of the app or any intellectual property rights to you.

You may not rent, lease, sell, sublicense, distribute, commercially exploit, or make the app available to third parties except as expressly permitted by us or applicable law.

We may suspend or revoke this license if you violate these Terms.

If you access IndiAdda through an Apple device, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and PJ Consulting Services, and not Apple Inc.

PJ Consulting Services, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app, its content, maintenance, support, warranties, and claims relating to the app. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the app.

Your license is limited to using the app on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the applicable Apple usage rules.

PJ Consulting Services, not Apple, is responsible for addressing product liability, legal-compliance, privacy, consumer-protection, and intellectual-property claims relating to the app, to the extent required by applicable law.

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a United States government embargo and are not listed on a United States government prohibited or restricted-party list.

You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the app, including your wireless-data-service agreement.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the applicable provisions against you.

You may not post content that infringes another person's copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

We may remove allegedly infringing content and may suspend or terminate repeat infringers.

Your notice should include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed
• Identification of the material you want removed and enough information for us to locate it
• Your contact information
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
• A statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner

If your content was removed by mistake, you may contact us at the same email address with a counter-notice.

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we process it, where it may be processed, how it is disclosed and retained, and the choices and rights available to users.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly.

You can review our full Privacy Policy in the app settings.

Email marketing is optional. If you opt in, we may send product updates, announcements, or promotional emails.

Each marketing email will identify PJ Consulting Services as the sender and include a way to unsubscribe.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

You may separately opt in to future WhatsApp marketing. If you do, we store your consent timestamp, phone snapshot, source, and consent text version for compliance records.

We do not send WhatsApp, SMS, or automated promotional text messages for launch. We will not enable those channels unless opt-out handling is deployed, tested, and legally reviewed.

Account, security, and service messages may still be sent where needed to operate your account.

IndiAdda is a free community platform. There are currently no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid features.

Marketplace Transactions Between Users:

IndiAdda provides listing, discovery, communication, and reporting tools only. We do not own, inspect, verify, transport, store, insure, or guarantee any item, service, room, ride, job, event, travel plan, or other user listing.

IndiAdda does not independently verify every user, listing, room or item. Users must exercise caution and independently verify information before making payments or meeting others.

• IndiAdda is not a buyer, seller, broker, agent, payment processor, escrow service, shipping provider, or guarantor for any user transaction
• We do not process payments, hold funds, verify payment completion, provide buyer or seller protection, or guarantee refunds
• We do not guarantee that users are who they claim to be, that listings are accurate, or that goods or services are safe, legal, available, authentic, or as described
• Users are solely responsible for evaluating listings, communicating safely, arranging payment and delivery, complying with applicable law, and resolving disputes

Category-Specific Listing Rules:

• Housing and rooms: Do not post unlawful preferences, limitations, exclusions, screening criteria, or advertising based on protected characteristics. Do not post unlawful immigration-status or citizenship restrictions, discriminatory roommate or tenant requirements, illegal referral fees, or misleading availability or pricing claims
• Employment and jobs: Do not post discriminatory preferences or requirements, unlawful immigration-status or citizenship restrictions, unpaid or illegal work, deceptive compensation claims, or requests for Social Security numbers, immigration documents, bank credentials, or other sensitive information before it is lawfully necessary
• Rides and travel: Do not offer unsafe, unlicensed, uninsured, deceptive, or illegal transportation. Follow all applicable driver, vehicle, insurance, licensing, and local transportation requirements
• Services: Do not offer regulated professional services, including legal, medical, financial, immigration, construction, childcare, or similar services, unless you hold every license, registration, insurance, and authorization required for the service and location
• Goods: Do not list counterfeit, stolen, recalled, unsafe, restricted, or illegal goods, or goods that require permits, licenses, age verification, or other conditions you cannot lawfully meet
• Events: Do not organize or promote unsafe, discriminatory, illegal, deceptive, or unpermitted events. Organizers are responsible for any required permits, insurance, safety planning, and compliance with venue and local rules

Fraud, Scams, and Losses:

• You use marketplace, messaging, service, room, ride-share, travel, and event features at your own risk
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, PJ Consulting Services is not responsible for fraud, scams, misrepresentations, nonpayment, chargebacks, failed delivery, no-shows, theft, property damage, personal injury, lost profits, lost data, or other losses arising from user content, user conduct, or user-to-user transactions
• Never share passwords, one-time codes, bank information, payment app credentials, Social Security numbers, immigration documents, or other sensitive information through the app
• Meet in safe public places for in-person exchanges, inspect items before paying, and use payment methods you understand and trust
• Report suspicious activity, scams, illegal conduct, or unsafe behavior through the app and to appropriate law enforcement or consumer protection authorities

No Sale of Personal Information:

• We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

All disclaimers in these Terms apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not warrant that:

• The app will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The app is free of viruses or harmful components
• The results obtained from use will be accurate or reliable

We are not responsible for:

• User fraud, scams, misrepresentations, payment disputes, failed exchanges, or transaction losses
• The accuracy, quality, safety, legality, availability, or authenticity of user listings, goods, services, rooms, rides, travel plans, or events
• User communications, meetings, payment arrangements, refunds, deliveries, chargebacks, or disputes
• Damage, injury, or loss that occurs during in-person meetings, deliveries, pickups, rides, room visits, events, or other offline interactions
• User-generated content
• Third-party websites or services
• Loss of data or content
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Actions of other users

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PJ CONSULTING SERVICES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

This includes losses related to fraud, scams, user misrepresentations, user-to-user transactions, payments made outside the app, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, personal injury, property damage, or reliance on user content.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100 if you have not made any payments.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold PJ Consulting Services harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the app
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your content or activities
• Your breach of any applicable laws
• Any listing, sale, purchase, payment, delivery, refund, dispute, fraud allegation, misrepresentation, or offline interaction involving you or your content

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms of Service
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Conduct that is harmful to other users, our business, or our reputation
• Posting prohibited content (hate speech, illegal content, etc.)
• Harassment, threats, or abuse of other users
• Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
• Extended periods of inactivity (over 2 years)
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies
• Credible or substantiated reports of policy violations

You May Terminate:

• You can delete your account anytime in Settings > Privacy & Security
• We generally begin processing account-deletion requests promptly. Production data is deleted or de-identified according to the timeframes and exceptions described in the Privacy Policy. Limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and backup-cycle completion

Upon Termination:

• Your right to use the app will cease immediately
• We may delete your account and associated data per our retention policy
• You remain liable for any outstanding obligations or violations

Governing Law:

PJ Consulting Services operates IndiAdda from Texas, United States. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Applicable U.S. federal and state consumer protection laws also apply to the extent required by law.

Dispute Resolution:

We encourage resolving disputes informally first. If that is not possible:

1. Informal Resolution: Contact us at legal@indiadda.com and describe your concern. We aim to respond within 30 days.

2. If a dispute is not resolved informally, either party may pursue the remedies available under applicable law in a court of competent jurisdiction. We do not require binding arbitration under these Terms.

Exceptions:

• We may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property violations or unauthorized access
• Either party may report illegal conduct to law enforcement

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction that cannot be waived by contract.

We may add, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue app features for operational, safety, legal, security, or business reasons.

We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or supported on every device or operating system.

The app may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, infrastructure failures, security incidents, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice before permanently discontinuing a material feature.

The app may depend on or contain links to third-party platforms, infrastructure, websites, software, artificial-intelligence services, and other services that we do not control.

Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider's own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for the availability, content, security, accuracy, or practices of independent third-party services, except to the extent responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You must comply with applicable third-party terms when accessing those services through the app.

IndiAdda is not an emergency service and does not monitor communications continuously. If you believe that someone is in immediate danger, contact 911 or the appropriate local emergency service.

We do not conduct comprehensive identity, criminal-history, employment, immigration, licensing, driving-record, property, or background checks on users unless we expressly state otherwise.

Use appropriate caution before meeting another user, entering a property, accepting transportation, hiring someone, sharing personal information, or transferring money.

Meet in a safe public place when possible. Do not send advance payments, deposits, gift cards, cryptocurrency, cash transfers, or sensitive financial information to a stranger merely because of a listing, message, or profile.

For approved business-service listings, a credential badge identifies only the specific category shown (identity, business registration, insurance, or professional license) that an authorized IndiAdda moderator recorded after reviewing information submitted for that category. A badge is not a comprehensive background check, endorsement, safety guarantee, guarantee of identity, character, qualifications, current coverage, legal compliance, or trustworthiness. Badges may expire or be removed when information changes or is no longer valid.

We may provide account, security, legal, moderation, and service-related notices electronically through email, in-app messages, push notifications, or notices displayed within the app.

You are responsible for keeping your account email address and other contact information accurate and current.

Marketing communications remain optional and are governed by the Marketing Communications section and your consent choices.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

For non-material changes, we may provide notice by updating the posted Terms and the Last Updated date.

For material changes, we will provide prominent notice before the changes take effect and may require you to affirmatively accept the updated Terms.

Where required by law, we will obtain your affirmative consent before applying materially different data practices to information previously collected.

If you do not accept a material change, you may stop using the app and delete your account.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Community Guidelines, and any additional terms presented for a specific feature constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding IndiAdda.

Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect, and the affected provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.

No Waiver: A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, restructuring, financing, asset transfer, or sale of IndiAdda or our business, subject to applicable law.

No Agency: These Terms do not create an employment, partnership, joint-venture, franchise, fiduciary, or agency relationship between you and us.

Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Survival: Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination—including intellectual property, user-content licenses, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, dispute provisions, and these general provisions—will survive termination.

Headings: Section headings are provided for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
