Read the actual post and use its available request or enquiry flow to discuss arrangements.

Compare airports, not just city names

The city where you coordinate the trip may differ from the departure airport. Identify the actual airport pair, connection, and local departure date. State whether companionship is wanted for the full journey or only one segment.

Get your parents’ agreement before describing their plans.
Include airports, the travel date, relevant connection, and preferred conversation language.
Explain the company wanted while keeping passport details and booking references private.

We would like to compare the actual airports, date, and connection before arranging to meet. Each traveler will manage their own documents and luggage.

Is this a separate parents-only service inside the app?

No. This is a use case for the existing Travel Partner category. Describe the route and companionship clearly rather than assuming a dedicated parents filter or assistance service.

A fellow passenger is a travel companion, not an airline representative or a care provider. Arrange any formal airline assistance directly with the airline. The app does not issue tickets or guarantee a companion.
